Choose & Customize Your Doll
Find out your love doll and customize it with the options listed when you scroll down on the doll page. We’ve set the default options, but they don’t necessarily match the options in the image. You should double-check the configurations and click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the options page.
Checkout & Payment
View your cart and checkout. Enter your shipping details and contact details. Please enter your real name and mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you.
Choose the payment method that works best for you.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email with all order details within 24 hours. Please review all details and delivery information. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours.
Manufacturing Starts
Production of one doll typically takes 2-3 weeks. However, depending on the premium options and materials, production time may be shorter or longer. In some cases, we can expedite production as needed. Production may be delayed during holidays (e.g., New Year's Day, Christmas, National Day, and Spring Festival).
If you choose a ready-made doll, there's no production required, as we have all dolls in stock in our warehouse. We ship within 2-5 business days.
Doll is Ready
We do not provide factory shipping photos of our stock dolls, as they are already packaged and stored in our warehouse. Retrieving a doll for a photo shoot can be a complex process and may damage the packaging. If you would like to see actual photos of the doll, please view our Finished Doll Photos page.
Shipping
You will receive a tracking number within 2-4 days after your package is shipped. If you require a delayed delivery or need to pick up your package at a courier/UPS center, please let us know before shipping so we can arrange a delivery time or change the delivery address.

Delivery & Checking
Please keep track of your shipment using the tracking number and wait for it to arrive safely at your home.
If the outer box shows any signs of damage, please take photos or a short video of the shipping label and the package before opening it. We also recommend recording the unpacking process to ensure everything inside is in good condition.
